Nice apartment complex, big apartments, close to everything.

It's nice!! I love how many amenities are offered for the price we pay. I love the layout of our 2 bedroom apartment. It's open and spacious considering it to be the "apartment" lifestyle. Now that we have a kid, the washer/dryer hookups inside the apartment are amazing, but just in case one of them goes out, there's also a laundry facility on site. So we don't have to travel to do laundry. I think it's a great place for couples and/or families because of all that's offered.

It's been a nice place to live. I like the amenities--particularly the nice park and playground for my kids. I also like the layout and how spacious the rooms are. The only issue we've ever had is that our parking space is tiny. The space next to us is overly large. The lines weren't drawn correctly. Our neighbor compensates by not using their whole huge parking space, so we haven't had problems getting in or out of our car.

We love living here! Huge, open floor plans (= lots of space for toys), friendly staff, great playground and pool, even a nice pavillion where we can hold large family gatherings. Walking distance to schools, bakery right next door, quiet but still convenient to shopping and restaurants. What more could you want??

I would say that you are very well cared for by the management, and that it is a very safe and clean environment. The grounds keeper is so diligient in cleaning the grounds that he can often be seen with a leaf blower cleaning up stray leaves. Any trash that appears on the grounds is picked up immediately. The office staff are also very helpful as well. As far as the inside of our apartment, the rooms are all very large and we find that we can't find a better place that's as as big as it is affordable.

Cascade Springs is a great place to live! Good price, good size, close to everything!!
